On 20 February 2013, the High Court of England & Wales approved the transfer of the savings and mortgage business of ING Direct UK to Barclays Bank PLC.
The transfer has now taken place and we wrote to you in March to welcome you to Barclays and give you further information about your account(s). If you have not yet received this letter please contact us.

We are no longer accepting new applications for savings products, but existing customers can still manage their accounts by logging in as usual.

Although we are no longer able to offer mortgage products to new applicants, existing applications will be allowed to progress and existing customers can still track and view information by logging into our website as usual.
